Refund Policy for Ethereal Los Angeles
At Ethereal Los Angeles, we take pride in the quality of our products and ensure that each item is carefully inspected before shipping. However, in rare cases where you receive a significantly defective item, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must provide proof of the defect such as clear photos or videos. You may also be required to return the item at your own expense. Once we receive the defective item, we will a replacement.
Please note that we do not accept refund requests based on shipping times.
Shipping is based on the address provided at checkout. If your order is delivered to the correct address, any issues after delivery are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping provider for assistance.
Once an order has been shipped, any delivery delays, losses, or damages caused during transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and not Ethereal Los Angeles.
We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will do our best to resolve any issues.
Please note that all customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping fees are non refundable.
